After a minimum of 10 years “treading the boards” NODA, via the society, acknowledges the commitment and dedication of individuals with medals. This year the BMTC had not one, but two members of it’s cast who celebrated 50 years of performing on the stage.

They were Barbara Thorpe and Maurice Parramore.
They were awarded their 50 year gold bars by our NODA representative
Geoff Farnall at our annual meeting.
Maggie Moriarty (Choreographer) received her “bar” for 40 years, with Dave Ashley (Producer) receiving his 35 year bar, with Malcolm Roberts and Peter Hensman receiving their bar for 25 years service
